Pranamaya kosha is the second of the five Kosha (Pancha Kosha). the Pranamaya Kosha is the layer of the aura that helps you feel vital, energetic and connected to all beings. One of five koshas, this kosha is also the space where you may connect to your ancestors, deceased loved ones and all life.When this layer of the aura is healthy you are able to receive and witness deep joy that permeates the very air you breathe.
